1 Acceptance of GTR999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the GTR999 platform, accessible via gtr999.click and all associated sub-domains. GTR999 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, baccarat, and e-sports services to eligible users.

This Agreement takes effect immediately upon registering a GTR999 account, making any deposit, or using any game or service offered on this platform. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use GTR999's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of account registration. GTR999 takes child protection seriously and will reject registrations from any individual below the stipulated minimum age.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must act on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently blacklisted or barred from any gambling platform due to fraud, money laundering, or related violations.
• You register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

GTR999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm a user's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within 7 days may result in temporary suspension or account closure. KYC verification is a measure in place to protect the security of your own account.

3 GTR999 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account at GTR999. This includes accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods that belong to the same individual. GTR999 employs advanced detection technology to identify multiple account registration attempts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your name
• An active and accessible email address
• A strong and unique password for your GTR999 account

GTR999 is not liable for any losses arising from the provision of false or inaccurate information during registration. If there are any errors in your account information, please contact the GTR999 support team to make corrections before carrying out any transactions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

GTR999 provides deposit and withdrawal methods that exclusively utilise legitimate and secure Malaysian payment systems. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

GTR999 accepts deposits via the following methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – deposits processed instantly
• GrabPay – deposits processed instantly
• Boost – deposits processed within 1 minute
• ShopeePay – deposits processed within 1 minute
• DuitNow – deposits processed within 30 seconds to 2 minutes
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks) – deposits processed within 1–5 minutes

The minimum deposit is RM 30 for all listed methods. GTR999 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Any charges imposed by your e-wallet provider or bank are your own responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal at GTR999, users must meet the following requirements:

• KYC identity verification completed and approved
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements have been fully met
• Account in good standing with no active suspension
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (unless otherwise approved by the GTR999 finance team)

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your VIP tier. Standard members: 30 minutes to 2 hours. Gold members and above: prioritised. Platinum and Diamond members: under 15 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

GTR999 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer on the Promotions us.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligibility unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash – they must first satisfy the rollover requirements
• GTR999 reserves the right to void bonuses if a user is found to be exploiting the system or violating the terms
• Deposit bonuses do not apply to deposits funded by credits from other bonuses
• The maximum bet limit while completing a bonus rollover is RM 50 per bet unless otherwise stated

5.2 GTR999 VIP Rewards Programme

The GTR999 VIP Rewards Program has its own terms and conditions applicable to all 5 membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). 6 Game Rules

All games available on GTR999 – including slots, Live Casino, baccarat, Sports Betting, and e-sports – have specific rules available within their respective game interfaces. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results are final. Once a round is complete and the result has been displayed, no changes will be made unless a verifiable technical error is identified.
• Internet connection disruptions during gameplay is the user's responsibility. GTR999is not liable for any losses arising from connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a round or event has begun.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports, all displayed odds are in the stated format and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• GTR999 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any match or event due to technical reasons, suspected fraud, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

GTR999 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations will result in immediate action, which may include account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation – registering using another person's identity or false information
• Money laundering – using GTR999 as a channel to launder money
• Exploitation of technical errors – exploiting any bugs or system errors to obtain illegitimate winnings
• Use of automation software (bots) – using any automated software, scripts, or tools to play on GTR999
• Manipulation of game outcomes – any attempt to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means
• Multiple account registration to claim new bonuses or circumvent restrictions imposed on a previous account
• Sharing login credentials with any other party or allowing another person to use your account

8 Account Closure & Suspension

GTR999 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud
• Verified multiple account registrations
• Systematic abuse of the bonus system

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the GTR999 support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances (not subject to any pending rollover requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method on the account within 5 business days.

For accounts closed due to a violation, GTR999 reserves the right to forfeit all unredeemed bonus balances. The original deposit balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned subject to the outcome of GTR999's compliance team review upon completion of the investigation.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• May share data with relevant authorities if required under Malaysian law
• Grants users the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data

10 GTR999 Liability Limits

GTR999 provides an entertainment platform and makes every effort to ensure consistent service availability and stability. However, GTR999 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss at all times.

GTR999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond GTR999's control, including ISP outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks
• Losses arising from the user's own actions or omissions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the GTR999 platform
• Any losses associated with fair and legitimate game outcomes determined by certified RNG

GTR999's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

GTR999 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the GTR999 website unless a different effective date is explicitly stated.

GTR999 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or email. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

The date this document was last updated is January 2026. Continued use of the GTR999 platform after any changes are published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the GTR999 online entertainment platform. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement or the use of the GTR999 platform shall be resolved through the following procedure:

1. Direct Negotiation: Users should first contact the GTR999 support team to resolve disputes amicably. GTR999 is committed to responding to all complaints within 48 business hours.
2. Management Review: If a dispute cannot be resolved by the support team, it will be escalated to GTR999 management for further review within 7 business days.
3. Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to arbitration by a recognised independent body in accordance with established procedures.

The final decision on dispute resolution is binding on both parties. All dispute-related communications must be conducted in writing via GTR999's official email at support@gtr999.click.
